The mission of the Spartanburg Strength and Speed program is to provide every student athlete with the best evidence based exercise program. To develop strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, and flexibility. To develop team bonding, leadership, mental toughness, and discipline through daily rigorous physical and mental test. Also, to educate our athletes on the importance of rest, injury prevention, and nutrition. Athletes graduating from Spartanburg High School will know and understand that the only limitations are the limits that they put on themselves and that their Self-determination is the most important characteristic in achieving your life goals.
